2019 was a big year for Hemp & CBD Media – As we introduced ourselves to industry with our first 2 major trade shows March and September 2019.
Simultaneously we launched our own trade magazine Hemp & CBD Mag, as well as setting up our Hemp & CBD Media channel – bringing you insightful, engaging video content focused around the hemp and cbd industry and it’s rapidly expanding consumer base.
After the success of the March expo, and Magazine launch we also instilled the prestigious Hemp & CBD Awards with a 3 course dinner / ceremony for our exhibitors and top B2B guests.
Our vision for the Hemp & CBD Expo was to provide an industry leading, professional atmosphere for the UK cannabis industry.
Visitors to our show include both B2B (80%) & B2C guests (20%), however, our main objective is to provide a platform for business to business networking conversations, and this is reflected in our marketing towards UK companies stocking or interested in hemp & cbd products.

Our September ’19 Hemp & CBD Awards were a massive success, with our exhibitors competing with their peers for the chance to take home one of our prestigious trophies. Our Official testing partner Eurofins tested five of our consumable & topical categories for compliance, after shortlisting our entries with a judging panel also looking for other awards winning aspects of the products, with correct labelling, taste, texture, cannabinoid content, and branding amongst the deciding factors.
